For a small percentage-based fee (20%) after expenses, you can run a program at Capen Hill!
The fee includes access to a cleaned space indoor or outdoor, a member of our staff (on-site day-of or prior), our bathroom facilities, a post on our website & social media, and any of our on-hand resources like tables & chairs.

Confidently promote your program knowing it’s taking a place at a well known public location. Not only are people aware of where we are located but your customers will be pleased to be on a beautiful property!
With our percentage-based fee of 20% after expenses, you are able to not stress of a large overhead payment but rather a percentage fee based on your success. We cap the fee at $100 per day program as well so everything you make over that is 100% yours!

Outdoor at our Barn Facilities
For programs needing more space- from May to October, we have a great space down at our Barn. There is an open air room that can comfortably sit 20 guests, an outdoor seating area with 6 picnic tables, and 3 bathrooms including 1 that is handicap accessible.
Inside our Visitor Center
All year round, our Library is a cozy space to hold any small program. We also have a handicap accessible bathroom in the Visitor Center as well. The library houses 3 tables, 20+ padded chairs, and a few folding tables.
Outside on ‘Capen Hill’ Field
Up behind the Visitor Center & across the road/pond from our Barn is the field known as ‘Capen Hill’. On the upper portion it levels off, has beautiful moss on the ground, and has the right amount of shade for a summer day.
